Service Guarantee

 

Within 30 days from invoice date, unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing.

 

Quantity Variation :

We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% Plus or Minus of the quantity ordered.

 

Retention of Title :

All goods supplied by us remain ours until any outstanding account is paid in full.

 

These are provided by request however most items will be charged. Proof samples

are supplied when required and will be charged accordingly.

 

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment or late delivery. Carriage is charged extra and packing cases where applicable.

 

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing within 5 days.

 

A charge will be made on all cancelled orders.

 

All prices shown are subject to VAT at the current rate.

 

The prices in the catalogue are in pound sterling and are subject to fluctuations in the Exchange Rate.
